تطور المواجهة الجنائية لجرائم العنف الجسيمة الواقعة على المرأة The evolution of criminal confrontation for serious crimes of violence against women

لم تكن البشرية في حال بدائية مهيمنة حيوانية قاتمة خاضعة لقانون الغريزة فقط. ولكن العصور البدائية تشعبت في بعض مناحيها ان إنسانية الانسان خالدة حتى قبل التمدين والحضارة وخلق القوانين. فهناك العديد من صور العنف ضد المرأة كالعادات والموروثات السلبية التي تتجلي في تشويه الاعضاء التناسلية للمرأة أو ما يسمي ختان المرأة أو حرمان المرأة من الميراث، والى جانبها الظروف الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والدينية. وسوف نعرض في ظل هذه المعطيات لهذا التطور الحاصل بخصوص مواجهة هذه الجرائم الجسيمة ضد المرأة. من خلال التعرف على العنف ماهية وتحديداً، ونطاق الحماية الدولية التي تشمل المرأة في مواجهة هذا العنف. من خلال المؤسسات الدولية الرئيسية العالمية والإقليمية، ومن خلال المواثيق العالمية المختلفة.
وتطور السياسة الجنائية في هذا الإطار وضوابط التشريع في مواجهة الظاهرة الاجرامية وهي ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة منتهيا الى خاتمة تضمنت خلاصة البحث مشموله بعدد من النتائج وعدد من التوصيات. وتقديم البحث بثبت المراجع العلمية التي رجع إليها الباحث مبوبة ومرتبة بطريقة علمية وبمنهجية علمية.
